The Legacy Letter is a physical keepsake delivered by mail. After you begin, you'll be invited to share the stories, quirks, and quiet memories that made your bond unique. We then take those moments and craft a soulful letter written in your pet’s voice—printed on archival paper and hand-finished with a wax seal. It is a final message of love, meant to be held in your hands and kept forever.
Shipping is always complimentary. Every letter is a personal, hand-finished collaboration. Please allow a processing time of 7–10 business days for your keepsake to be crafted and placed in the mail. To keep the experience simple and personal, letters are sent via standard mail. You can expect your letter to arrive in your mailbox as a beautiful surprise shortly after the crafting period is complete.
